Hi all,

We need to regrade our side yard to ensure we direct water away from our foundation.  I've done a little research and have been told that a landscaper licensed for grading work or a landscape architect would be the best bets.  If you know of anyone in the area who does good work, I'd really appreciate you sharing their name, number, and your experience with them.

You might want to talk to Pat Nelson. She lives in Cheverly and has done work for several different people in town. Her card says "Architectural Designs", her email is pat217@comcast.net or phone number (301) 908-4138. She has not done work for me directly but I could give you the name and number of someone she has, if you want to talk to them.
